Description
Logic gates are the basic building block of all digital systems. They are an idealized model of computation or physical electronic devices. All Digital systems or circuits like memory, flip-flops, multiplexers , demultiplexers, encoder , decoder , adder , subtractor , comparator, odd parity generator and detector , even parity generator and detector , display units and all type of computational units are formed using these logical gates that is explained in this course. A logic gate is defined as an electronic circuit having one or more than one input and only one output and its operation is based on logic that they follow. Based on this logical operation, logic gates are categorised as fundamental , derived and universal logic gates.
