This course is for those who have a social media account such as Twitter or Instagram and are confused with the usage of hashtags. On this course we cover what hashtags are, where they came from, ways to use them, how to register them, how to measure their impact and how to use them effectively when writing your own social media posts.
This is a practical course and learners will have the knowledge to go off and apply this material immediately. We look at examples of some very effective hashtag uses, which we hope will give you inspiration to apply to your own social media accounts.

The course will take about 2 hours to complete.
Your course tutor Lisa Newton has a first class honours degree in Accounting with Marketing, and has run her own small business since 2004.
